"First, I only have positive things to say about my past experiences with Cailey Baillio State Farm Tomball. Secondly, true to their reputation, Ashlee Hardeman has gone above and beyond to provide reliable and knowledgeable support. I contacted her a month ago regarding a new vehicle purchase I planned to make. She has always responded to my emails immediately. I made it very clear I could only communicate via email... there was another rep (unnamed) who insisted on calling even though I stated I must have email communication. Anyway, Ashlee is patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. 5 stars. Another great story, To be frank, I was hitting a brick wall with the 1-800 number regarding a claim I had. I contacted Caley’s office directly in desperation. Angie picked up my claim and ran with it! She is a breath of fresh air. She has stayed in constant contact with me to ensure that I am on a path to repair. Additionally, she has been handling the communications with the 1-800 number for me!! Caley also stepped in on the communications at one point. What a life saver. Long story short, my car is at the shop right now and I pick it up next week. I don’t know that I would have any hair left if Angie had not stepped in. I give all the thumbs up possible to Caley Baillo’s office. Thank you for your support."

"Muy buen servicio. Mi suegro fue a este lugar para tener una oficina de seguro mas cerca y el nos recomendo con gabriela lee. Tratando nosotros de cambiar de seguro de la casa y carros contactamos a gabriela y nos dimos cuenta que el no estaba exagerando. En esa oficina de state farm les importa de la gente. y gaby nos ayudo desde el principio hasta el fin. Todo bien explicado detalle por detalle y la verdad un servicio asi, no donde quiera lo encuentra uno. Yo sinceramente recomiendo esta oficina de state farm en tomball. Y si batallas como yo con el ingles, pregunta por gaby ella, habla español y ingles. Y te va a ayudar en todo. Te lo aseguro. Muy buena cobertura y el mejor servicio. Gracias gaby!!"

"**After talking to a friend about some recent bad experiences and significant rate increases with Allstate, I was referred to this agency. Derron and I reviewed my current insurance and looked at multiple different options for my home and two vehicles. He was very responsive, patient, informative and helpful. Derron helped me get exceptionally better coverage at less cost than I was paying Allstate. This included the addition of an umbrella policy that I didn't have with Allstate. Thanks to Caley and Derron for all your help! ** Fast Forward to February 2025. Filed two claims within about a week of each of each other. My wife was driving when someone rear ended her, causing significant damage to her vehicle and took off. The other was for a water leak that damaged the laminate floor, drywall, cabinets and other stuff in three rooms of my house. The auto claim sailed right through. SF recommended a highly rated body shop near my house. They gave us a loaner and repaired the vehicle in short order. It's now as good as new. You can't tell that anything happened to it. The leak claim didn't go as smoothly. To put a long story short, I had communication issues with SF Corporate as well as my contractor and SF Corporate didn't see eye to eye on repair costs. I reluctantly reached out Angela and Caley to see if they could lend a hand. They both readily jumped right in and went to work. The next day I was getting quick responses to my questions and messages to Corporate. Communication issue resolved! Shortly after, a compromise was made with my contractor. All three rooms have since been restored and look great. Thank you Angela and Caley! December '26. I purchased a new truck and reached out to Ashlee to help me get it on my policy and take my traded vehicle off. The transition was smooth and quick. Ashlee was also a pleasure to speak with. She also kept a secret that I asked her to and she did it! Well done! Thanks!!"

"Ashleigh Ayers was wonderful in finding the best option for us! She took the time to provide a number of options that best fit our budget and insurance needs and at the end of the day, when we were simply looking for homeowners insurance, we ended up switching our vehicles and motorcycle to State Farm.
