"Literally, when that trendy State Farm commercial says 'like a good neighbor, State Farm is there!' they MEAN IT! I've been using them over a decade, and thankfully haven't had many accidents. However recently, I was rear ended in traffic and they were helpful for every step of the Claim process. Angie at this office specifically had reached out to me to first and foremost ensure that I was okay, to help walk me through the process, and answer any questions I had. She worked with the claims team too to provide them additional photos I had of the wreck and ensure the liability of the other party was proven. Truly, this office and it's staff go above and beyond to take care of their customers. It's why I also added my renters policy and life insurance bundle and will continue to be a customer of theirs. PS - I pay for full coverage, and on a whim one day I thought 'what if I could save fifteen percent by switching to Geico'? Hah! NOPE! Geico is HUNDREDs of dollars more per month for the same policy and good luck getting in touch with an actual person. State Farm takes care of it's people with open, honest, reliable communicate AND has affordable rates. Thank yall for never letting me down."

She's always very kind and professional and we really appreciate the personal attention she gives us any time we call.
